Purpose-Driven Voluntourism                                 Inspire and Serve fosters cross-cultural collaborations that create a "Village" of hope and connections that help at-risk and disadvantaged children and women draw inspiration and support from people who combine their passion for travel with their desire to make a difference in underserved communities. 

Inspire and Serve empowers Jamaican boys, girls, and women through transformative community service programs that foster personal growth, educational advancement, and social responsibility. Our mission is to inspire positive change, nurture leadership skills, and create opportunities for a brighter future for disadvantaged community members.  

We offer a variety of programs and services to meet the needs of our community, including emergency financial assistance, skills development training, and health and well-being services. Our goal is to empower individuals and families to become self-sufficient and thrive.
