We are grounded in authenticity and serve with integrity, providing Care that Listens. Service that Responds.
Inspire and Serve is a nongovernmental organization (NGO) operating as a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) and a registered Jamaican charity that provides community-based social services, program management, and advocacy initiatives supporting women, youth, and families through domestic and international partnerships.
We are recognized with Candid’s Platinum Seal of Transparency for excellence in nonprofit management, hold NGO CSW/NY Associate Membership, and actively leverage our UN global networks and international partnerships to advocate for the rights, protection, and advancement of women, girls, and young boys while facilitating impactful community-based programs.
Dedicated to restoring hope and extending dignity, Inspire and Serve provides opportunities for vulnerable women, children, and families through purpose-driven service projects. With cultivated trusted partnerships like Texans on Mission, On Mission Network, Global Empowerment Mission (GEM), WaterStep, and alliances that include Operation Blessing, World Vision, and the City of Montego Bay, we are bridgebuilders to disadvantaged and underserved boys, girls, and women who could use a little kindness, encouragement, and support.
We work with locally and with international visitors who want to share small part your travel time to make an impact on lives by reading to children, leading a fun activity, conducting STEAM programs, or empowering women with skills and encouragement. This heartwarming exchange turns visitors into family and moments into lifelong memories.
