Inspire and Serve is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nongovernmental organization (NGO) creating community-led solutions that strengthen women, youth, and families across Jamaica. We serve as a convener and bridgebuilder—bringing together communities, volunteers, organizations, and trusted partners to turn compassion into meaningful action.

Inspire and Serve connects individuals, groups, volunteers and supporters with meaningful opportunities to strengthen communities across Jamaica. We begin by listening to locally identified priorities, then design appropriate ways for others to contribute their time, talents and resources. Local people lead the work, ensuring that each initiative respects the community, builds on existing strengths and creates benefits that remain long after the support is provided.
