Inspire and Serve is a nonprofit organization that fosters cross-cultural collaborations that create a "Village" of hope and connections that help at-risk and disadvantaged children and women draw inspiration and support from people who combine their passion for travel with their desire to make a difference in underserved communities.  

We leverage the incredible relationships we have fostered with various facilities and organizations across the island who know our work ethic and commitment to improving the lives of women and children to design community service projects and partnerships that meet the needs of this disadvantaged population. 

At Inspire and Serve, we make planning and executing community service projects effortless and impactful. Our comprehensive services include:

• All Zoom meetings and conference calls
• Expedited immigration processing
• Pre-arrival support and planning
• Community service project management
• Coordination with facility personnel
• Organization identification and goals/needs alignment
• Jamaica logistics and partner coordination
• Media release and distribution (Jamaica)
• Onsite execution
• Ensuring all project partnerships are closed out properly with photos and videos (when possible)
• Volunteer certificate for each participant
• Community service Certificate and Thank You Letter
• Travel planning and booking*
• Assistance with tours, excursions, and special event bookings through Blissful Jamaica Journeys*

There are three ways to work with Inspire and Serve:

1. SERVICE PROJECT - Grant us the privilege of organizing your service project, which includes helping you identify the right community partner based on your goals and ensuring they align with the facility's needs. Managing the planning, logistics, and onsite execution. Ensuring all project partnerships are closed out properly with photos and videos (when possible) provided to you or the group. The Community Service Project planning and development service cost is $250 non-refundable for up to five (5) people. Larger groups incur an additional $20 per person and receive a 10% discount toward transportation costs.

2. TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS  (and SERVICE PROJECT) - Partner with our sister company Blissful Jamaica Journeys for all your travel needs including Jamaica hotel/resort/villa accommodations, expedited immigration processing, hotel transfers, tours, and community service project transportation, and receive 15% discount off their services.

Yes, a 15% discount is provided from the Blissful Jamaica Journeys on their service fee when booking your travel with the company along with your Inspire and Serve community service volunteerism project.

You can donate to Inspire and Serve by supporting the organizations we align with as community partners or by visiting our website and clicking the Donate button.

Inspire and Serve is in the process of becoming a registered 501(c)(3) organization which will allow your donation to be tax deductible.

Cancellations must be received in writing to info@inspireandserve.org 14 days before the community service project/event. Due to the nature of these projects which require intense planning, screening, and coordination, no refunds are available. Projects/events may be rescheduled based on the availability of the partnering organization and Inspire and Service which would be subject to a $250 rescheduling fee and additional costs based on the specific circumstances.
