Inspire and Serve empowers vulnerable and underserved boys, girls, and women through transformative community service programs that foster personal growth, educational advancement, and social responsibility. We inspire positive change for communities and individuals in need.
Our Programs
We offer a variety of programs and services to meet the needs of our community, including disaster relief, emergency financial assistance, skills development training, continuous programming support, and health and well-being services. Our goal is to empower individuals and families to become self-sufficient and thrive.

Inspire and Serve is a U.S. NGO and Jamaican charity dedicated to advancing women's empowerment, community resilience, and purpose-driven service through locally grounded partnerships. The organization is listed in the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) Civil Society database, is an Associate Member of the NGO CSW/NY Forum, and actively engages in global civil society forums aligned with the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW). Inspire and Serve brings community-informed perspectives—particularly from Jamaica and the Caribbean—into global dialogue, with a focus on post-crisis recovery, access to justice, and women-led development solutions.

Founder & Executive Director
Jewel Daniels Radford is the visionary force and creative heartbeat behind Inspire and Serve. Proud of her Caribbean heritage rooted in Jamaica and St Kitts, she is a lifelong believer that service is the truest expression of love. Jewel leads with purpose, compassion, and unstoppable drive. As a 20-plus-year CEO of Daniels Communications Global and 15 years in nonprofit leadership, Jewel brings executive strength to humanitarian passion—transforming big ideas into meaningful impact. A dedicated philanthropist and Amazon bestselling author, she sees giving and serving not as acts, but as her love languages. Through her leadership, Inspire and Serve stands firmly at the intersection of purpose-driven travel, community transformation, and unwavering faith in humanity.
Diane Yarbrough
Vice President, Operations
With a spirit that refuses to stay retired, Diane Yarbrough stepped back into the arena to pour her passion for community and advocacy into Inspire and Serve. As Vice President of Operations, she oversees the organization's day-to-day rhythm, creative branding, and operational excellence. Diane brings decades of nonprofit leadership—including heading Hands Across Middlesex—with a steady hand, strategic mindset, and heart for service. Her commitment ensures that Inspire and Serve operates with integrity, efficiency, and a people-first approach in everything we do.
Jynnah Radford
Chief Accountability Officer
At the intersection of strategy, stewardship, and precision stands Jynnah Radford. As Chief Finance & Accountability Officer, she leads all financial operations—from managing donations and resources to analyzing data that guides responsible decision-making. With professional experience spanning Booz Allen Hamilton and General Dynamics, Jynnah brings a mastery of systems thinking, fiscal integrity, and logistical oversight. Her financial leadership ensures that Inspire and Serve honors every contribution, maximizes every dollar, and safeguards the long-term sustainability of the mission.
Ebuni Samuels
Director, Community Outreach
Ebuni Samuels is the energy, creativity, and connective spark behind Inspire and Serve's programs and partnerships. She brings a fun, magnetic spirit to serious work—bridging her Jamaican heritage with more than 25 years of managing community programs in the UK to elevate the organization's reach and impact. Ebuni thrives at the intersection of people and purpose, turning ideas into experiences and partnerships into powerful collaborations.
