Founder & Executive Director
Jewel Daniels Radford is the visionary force and creative heartbeat behind Inspire and Serve. Proud of her Caribbean heritage rooted in Jamaica and St Kitts, she is a lifelong believer that service is the truest expression of love. Jewel leads with purpose, compassion, and unstoppable drive. As a 20-plus-year CEO of Daniels Communications Global and 15 years in nonprofit leadership, Jewel brings executive strength to humanitarian passion—transforming big ideas into meaningful impact. A dedicated philanthropist and Amazon bestselling author, she sees giving and serving not as acts, but as her love languages. Through her leadership, Inspire and Serve stands firmly at the intersection of purpose-driven travel, community transformation, and unwavering faith in humanity.
Diane Yarbrough
Vice President, Operations
With a spirit that refuses to stay retired, Diane Yarbrough stepped back into the arena to pour her passion for community and advocacy into Inspire and Serve. As Vice President of Operations, she oversees the organization's day-to-day rhythm, creative branding, and operational excellence. Diane brings decades of nonprofit leadership—including heading Hands Across Middlesex—with a steady hand, strategic mindset, and heart for service. Her commitment ensures that Inspire and Serve operates with integrity, efficiency, and a people-first approach in everything we do.
Jynnah Radford
Chief Accountability Officer
At the intersection of strategy, stewardship, and precision stands Jynnah Radford. As Chief Finance & Accountability Officer, she leads all financial operations—from managing donations and resources to analyzing data that guides responsible decision-making. With professional experience spanning Booz Allen Hamilton and General Dynamics, Jynnah brings a mastery of systems thinking, fiscal integrity, and logistical oversight. Her financial leadership ensures that Inspire and Serve honors every contribution, maximizes every dollar, and safeguards the long-term sustainability of the mission.
Ebuni Samuels
Director, Community Outreach
Ebuni Samuels is the energy, creativity, and connective spark behind Inspire and Serve's programs and partnerships. She brings a fun, magnetic spirit to serious work—bridging her Jamaican heritage with more than 25 years of managing community programs in the UK to elevate the organization's reach and impact. Ebuni thrives at the intersection of people and purpose, turning ideas into experiences and partnerships into powerful collaborations. Her passion for community uplift and her love for people shine through in every program she touches, making service feel joyful, meaningful, and unforgettable.
Shelley-Anne Foster
Program Manager
Where purpose meets structure, Shelley-Anne Foster brings ideas to life. With more than 13 years of leadership experience spanning nonprofit directorship, consulting, entrepreneurship, and EY, she combines strategic thinking with a genuine heart for service. Shelley-Anne has extensive experience building programs, strengthening systems, coordinating stakeholders, and serving children, women, and girls. Her ability to turn plans into organized, measurable action helps ensure that Inspire and Serve's programs are thoughtfully designed, effectively delivered, and always grounded in community needs.
Garnett Lounges
Logistics & Operations Manager
With more than 30 years of distinguished service in policing—including leadership roles—Garnett Lounges brings discipline, sound judgment, and calm coordination to every assignment. As Logistics & Operations Manager, he helps move Inspire and Serve's programs from planning to action by coordinating transportation, supplies, schedules, teams, and on-the-ground requirements. His steady leadership keeps the many moving parts connected, ensuring that people and resources arrive where they are needed—safely, efficiently, and ready to serve.
Georgette Ferguson
Community Programs & Inventory Coordinator
Georgette Ferguson is a hands-on force behind Inspire and Serve's community outreach and giving initiatives. She helps plan each activity, maintains accurate inventories of donated goods, and ensures that supplies are carefully organized and assembled for every project. On-site, Georgette plays a central role in turning preparation into meaningful service—helping programs run smoothly and ensuring that essential items reach the people and communities they are intended to support. Her reliability, practical coordination, and readiness to serve make her an important part of bringing our mission to life.
