Meaningful service starts long before the day of the project. Inspire and Serve combines your goals with our local knowledge, trusted relationships and understanding of community needs to create service experiences that are thoughtful, well-coordinated and genuinely useful.

Before you serve, we help prepare your group for the experience ahead — covering Jamaican culture and context, what to expect, appropriate ways to engage, project responsibilities and other practical information. Our goal: arrive informed, respectful and ready.

When service day arrives, Inspire and Serve remains your on-the-ground partner — coordinating with the local organization, facilitating the experience and handling the details so your group and the community can focus on what matters most: people connecting with people.

After the experience, we take time to reflect on what was accomplished and the difference your group helped make. We can also help capture impact, share the story and explore opportunities to stay connected, return to serve or continue supporting the community from home.
